Background
I spent a decade at LASALLE College of the Arts managing international university partnerships. MOUs, stakeholder delegations, negotiations across Singapore, Europe, and Asia. Alongside that, I ran Magnolia & Pine — a luxury event design studio. Clients like Guerlain and CPF.
Complexity doesn't disappear. You either move it onto the user, or you absorb it into the design.
In 2026 I completed the UX Design Immersive at General Assembly Singapore. Not a career change. A language upgrade.
What I believe
The complexity moves.
That's the work.
What I'm building when no one's asked me to
Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew. Voice assistants only understand Mandarin and English. That leaves out an entire generation. This isn't a side project. It's where the most important design problems are.
